Terms of sale

You must be 18 or over to buy the pass. The adult purchaser is responsible for managing the account and deciding how the learner uses the service within their household.

1. Who you are buying from

Nabil Abou-Rahme trading as Noble Progress
Unit 90168, PO Box 15113, Birmingham, B2 2NJ
maths@nobleprogress.com

Noble Progress is the trading name used by Nabil Abou-Rahme, a sole trader. The address above is the postal and service address for this business.

2. What the pass includes

The pass gives one adult account and one learner profile 12 months of access to two complete eight-lesson modules available at purchase and the full Year 7 maths curriculum as it is released during the pass. The product is an adult-facing learning companion for use with a home-educated child; it is not a school, examination entry service or guarantee of a particular educational outcome.

We are rolling out 100+ lessons across the stated Year 7 curriculum for founding families during their access year. Lesson wording, activities and sequencing may be refined as the curriculum is completed and tested with families.

Lessons are in English and require a current web browser and internet connection. AI review is a limited supporting feature, may occasionally be unavailable, and must be checked by the adult rather than treated as authoritative teaching or assessment. If you request AI review, the submitted lesson work and returned feedback are handled as described in the privacy notice.

3. Price, payment and term

The total price is £27, including any applicable taxes. Payment is collected securely by Stripe. Access begins after Stripe confirms the payment and ends 365 days later. This is not an automatically renewing subscription and there are no delivery charges.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for any reason within 14 days after purchase and receive a full refund, even if you have started using the lessons. Email maths@nobleprogress.com with the account email and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

After 14 days, payments are normally non-refundable, but this does not limit your statutory rights where digital content or the service is faulty, misdescribed or not provided with reasonable care and skill.

5. Model cancellation form

6. Accounts and fair use

Keep sign-in codes and account access private. You may use the materials within your household for the named learner. You may not resell access, publish substantial lesson content, security-test, scan or probe the service, or use automated means to exploit or overload AI features. We may suspend access needed to protect learners, other customers or the service, and will explain and remedy the issue where reasonably possible.

7. Content and intellectual property

Unless a particular resource says otherwise, Noble Progress owns or has permission to use its original lesson designs, written materials, visual assets, and the original selection and arrangement of learning activities. You may use the materials within your household for the named learner only.

You may not copy, adapt, publish, redistribute or use these original materials to create a competing product without written permission from the site owner. Nabil Abou-Rahme asserts the right to be identified as the creator of Noble Progress's original written and artistic materials where applicable.

This does not claim ownership of third-party or open-source resources used with permission; those remain subject to their stated licences. It also does not restrict any use permitted by law.

8. Availability, changes and complaints

We may correct errors, improve lesson wording and adjust the planned Year 7 sequence. We will not describe unreleased lessons as already available. If a material part of the paid service cannot be supplied, contact us for an appropriate remedy. Complaints should be sent to maths@nobleprogress.com and will be acknowledged promptly. We are not responsible for delay or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of hosting, payment, email, network or other providers, but we will take reasonable steps to restore the service.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws and courts that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
